Dragon & Stem
Dragon & Stem
Eric Lax
Metal Print
“Dragon & Stem” was inspired by being in the right place at the right time. With only a split second to capture the dragonfly resting on the stem, this photograph explores the patience and timing required in nature photography. The shallow depth of field keeps attention on the dragonfly while softening the surrounding pond, creating a calm experience for the viewer. This piece is well suited for a bedroom or office.
