“Stolen Youth” was inspired by the contrast between childhood innocence and the pressures of adulthood. Through children dressed in oversized suits and bold red lettering, Flite Robinson explores how society pushes young people to grow up before they are ready. Layered newspaper collage, expressive paint drips, and gold accents create a playful yet confronting experience, making this piece a conversation starter for a living room or creative space.

Flite Robinson is a mixed-media artist from New Jersey who draws inspiration from Black culture, faith, fatherhood, and everyday experiences. Through layered collage, bold colors, and textured surfaces, his work explores identity, resilience, and the stories within our communities, bringing over 15 years of fashion design experience into his art.
