There is a Light that Never Goes Out
There is a Light that Never Goes Out
Mary Shadbolt
acrylic on paper
"There is a Light that Never Goes Out" is inspired by the fagility yet resiliance of the feather. On its own you see it's slight and lightweight. But in reality it is flexible and can withstand great speeds and weather. Much like the song by the Smiths that titled this piece, there is a part of the human spirit that can never be stamped out.
