Courtney Magahis
Watercolor and oil pastels on paper
These quirky lions were inspired by Courtney’s spunky son’s school artwork, with each representing the different stories each one of us carries. Watercolor forms the background, while oil pastels bring each lion to life. This quirky lion wonders if his insides will ever match his outsides. He holds optimism and fear at the same time.
